It is too hard for me to get on and off it, it hurts my hip. The directions to put it together were terrible. Please send me there to return this. Nancy Reynolds

Row and Ride

This lightweight simple machine is sort of like doing squats but with the element of using your upper body also. Compact, it is a good accompaniment to our overall gym. Can easily do while watching sports or something on the TV or taking out to the front porch to enjoy the outdoors.

I think I’m going to love it

I’ve only tried it once. I like it. It works great. I’ve only tried it once for about 15 minutes and I could tell this will be my go t, to drop a little weight and tone my muscles and my core.

Love It, Get It and you will love it too.

I have only had the product for two weeks but loving it so far. I have been able to do stretches through the app and then row. I am increasing my time every other day and feel energized. I love the app for it too as it as if I have an exercise partner.
