I have not yet received this item.

I ordered two items on April 14, that were to be delivered for pick up at my local Macy's. Only one item was available for pickup on April 20. A chain. I am still waiting for the email to pick up the pendant. I tried contacting customer service by chat. No help there. It kept referring to the chain that I picked up. On the website it shows my pendant is still in process. Not even sent yet. Very disappointed. Probably will not do this again. Macy's needs to update their customer service.

BEAUTIFUL NECKLACE THAT SHOULD HAVE A BETTER BOX.

This necklace is beautiful. It looks expensive and is a good size. There are earrings to match. I bought this as a gift for my sister's birthday. I know she will love it. The only thing that surprised me was that it was in a tiny paper box blue with white ribbon. It doesn't have anything to show that this necklace is sterling silver & 14k gold and the stone is Smoky Quartz. There is no name of the designer. Also the chain could have been heavier.
