handle broke on first use

I purchased this set but hadn't used it until now. when I attempted to grab the side handle, it immediately broke. When I purchase from Macy's, one of the things I am confident of is quality. to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I'm out of town visiting family so I'll needto cut my vacation short in order to meet the deadline to return the purchase. Part of the set is at my permanent residence in Fort Lauderdale Florida and I'm now in Hinesville Georgia. Very disappointed.

I had just bought it and it was already broken; I traveled with a broken suitcase because there wasn't enough time to buy another one.
