Table is great but customer service is beyond awfu

I ordered and received one table. I liked it enough to order a second one. Online it says that the table will be delivered by JUNE 25. Today is July 8, and there is no progress info online. Is there a spot to CHAT online about this? No. Try calling Macy's customer service - the worst ever. The automated response said the wait was estimated to be 10 minutes. I hung up after 27. There is literally no one to talk to. This will be my last furniture order from Macy's.
