Storage ottoman bench

Only giving 2 stars because the top is attractive, otherwise it would have been 1 star. There are no bolts or tool to put the legs on!!!! Plus an interior hinge is loose. Oh sure, I could compromise and put my own bolts in. But not knowing the correct size for certain, I could end up compromising safety of the product and it's weight allowance. So, here it sets on my living room floor! I want what I paid for! OR, was this the reason for the markdown?!

It it very nice in person, good color, just got it but seems like good quality
