Clear, distinct sound

We got this after reading the reviews about the Clear, distinct sound. We are in our seventies and not very high tech! We got it hooked up but needed to call customer service for help. Don't know if it was us or our Vizio tv. Excellent customer service! We are so happy with the sound quality. And I love the features night sound and speech enhancement. Well worth the money to improve advancing age problems. Now if it could just help our memory!
