I bought this speaker back in March of 23. Worked great until about a month ago. It started getting stuck on "hello" if I did enough (several times over snd over) hard resets by holding down the power and volume down buttons I can sometimes get it to work. Don't waste your money.

Really impressed!
My wife didnt like the large Klipsch speakers I had in the living room so I had to compromise. We had a 55” TV (not Sony) and a decent 5.1 sound bar setup. But when I bought the 77” Bravia TV, I knew we needed to step it up. Even though the sound the TV alone puts out is good, the sound bar sounds incredible. Looking forward to getting the rear channel speakers as well. It’s like they have been saying for years, Sony- no baloney.

Enjoy my new Ony Sound Bar
I can hardly wait until I save up enough money to buy the rear speakers and make it a total package of surround sound. I do enjoy them now. The music sounds better and all the sounds sound excellent. I had just purchased a Sony television and wanted everything to be the same Sony TV, Sony headset, and Sony sound bar.

Cannot fault
Originally viewed a lot of sound bars but for some reason this stood out and as i have a sony oled tv i thought stick with sony , i just cannot fault it makes viewing pleasure more enhanced especially now i have paired with the SA-RS3S rear speakers, that being said still more than capable of enhancing the sound quality of theTV which was the only thing lacking in my opinion with my TV

Stopped working within the first year
I bought this product last year. Its sound quality was good. All that doesn't matter though since it stopped working within 1 year. I wasn't even able to find whom to contact after jumping through some hoops. Just feeling pretty unhappy about my purchase.

Great sound, when it works.
No denying when it's working it sounds great, however it frequently stops working and requires factory reset to make it work again. All software is up to date, but it often freezes and displays "hello" at which point it completely stops working and requires a hard reset.

Disappointing sound
I have this connected to a sony xr65 TV and have had a frustrating experience with it. I have had the sound dropping out entirely for a few seconds at a time on several occasions also recently the display has shown "muting" for no reason. The only other thing connected to my TV is a Virgin box and on watching certain movies the sound to me seems back to front. What I mean by that is that the music and sound effects are too much to the fore with dialogue sounding muted. I am thinking about taking it back to the seller.
