Installation missed, Poor support, Avoid

Two weeks after purchase, my Sony UK installation service has been an unacceptable failure. We have endured four missed appointments, and our expensive item is still sitting unused in its original box. The support communication is painfully slow and fails to offer proactive updates or resolutions. For a premium brand, this level of service is profoundly disappointing and frustrating. This entire experience has turned excitement into regret.

Solid soundbar performance

Very capable soundbar from Sony, dialogues were clear and the overall experience was pleasant for a soundbar. Couldn't fault the sleek black design which blends seemlessly into any living room. What truly sets it apart are the satelite speakers and subwoofer; effortlessly transform into a superb surround home theater system.
