I bought this a month ago and had totally not used it because I try to syn it with my Notebook/labtop and it cannot seem to connect... so i can't download my Mp3 files... thus it is a complete washout :-( Of course you can say it is my labtop which is the problem, but fact is I have not problem with other external revices (Printer, HDD, SDD, Mobile devices, etc)..

It was great experience again...until it broked
It was great experience again: swimming and listening to my favourite music. but after about 20 days it started bugging and then stopped turning on and charging and not responding on buttons at all. Fortunately, I took advantage of Lazada's refund (30 days). In the future, I plan to buy another one (already the 3rd one). I hope it will work for a very long time

Good
Overall good. But could be great. Fit ok but know matter what tips I use the feel like they are going to fall out even pushing them in more doesn't help and they become uncomfortable to wear. The sound quality is fine but nothing special. I would expect alot better for the price point., especially from sony.

Good features, poor reliability
I've had 3 of these and they tend to die at about 14 months each time. As soon as I find a suitable replacement I will move to that. Specifically I've had issues with stuck volume and can't charge.

short shelf life
This is not the first of these mp3 players I have bought and only one has ever lasted more than a year. The last two only worked for six months and nine months. I follow the instructions and take care of the product. I've had this less than a month and already it has switched itself to 'shuffle' which is no good for audiobooks, and the sound in one speaker disappeared for an hour. If I knew of another product with the same spec I would buy it instead.
