NEVER RECEIVED ITEM just HORRIBLE service

I never received the PS5 because the seller cancelled my order after it was placed and Macys was unable to get me the item at the same price. One woman told me she spoke to a supervisor and they were placing the order and gave me a fake order number!!! The next man told me that order number didn't exist. Such an unprofessional experience. I ordered the system through another company because I didn't want to give Macys my money after the horrible customer service I received. I will never shop there again
