Love my PS5.

Got it in about a week with no issues. I got what I ordered and luckily FedEx required a signature for it which was nice so it would not be left on my porch for the pirates to steal. No complaints. I'm a gamer now.

Third party vendors

It was a third party vendor that sent us the wrong asessories package and then only offered a refund to fix it. Because it was a present we were stuck with it. There was actually no one from Macy's that can help.
