The absolute worse experience

I would like to please speak to someone in the corporate office to explain why I was on the phone for a total of 2.5 hours trying to order an item. The first time I placed the order I was on the phone 45 minutes, just for my order to be cancelled. Then I called back to get the order placed again, just to be on the phone for 1.5 hours. This experience is absolutely unacceptable.
