Discouraged Buyer

First of all, I don’t realize Macy’s was selling Marketplace items. This was the best price I found on the internet and it was too good to be true. I received the product in a damaged box. The internal box was was dented. The seal on the box for the electronic was broken. I opened the box and the internal seal was also broken. To me it looks like a used or returned product. I purchased a new product. I am concerned about the quality of what is inside. I called Macy’s to return and took pictures. I have not been contacted by the seller yet. The seller is suppose to email me. You can not return to Macy’s for a third party seller like Rainforest Deals. . Many issues with this purchase. I knew I should have purchased this at Beat Buy.
