Terrible shipping

The seller is not Macy’s but 3rd party. Shipping is terrible. They ship very late after I sent email and can’t find it where is. Still on the way somewhere so I didn’t get it for 12days. My children are waiting so keep asking when they can receive it but I don’t have any updates .
