Disappointed

Purchased to help sound from Sony hta3000 didn’t make much difference to the tv sound. Sounds tinny, tried various sound setting via Sony help desk.

This is not the experience we aim to provide, as we continuously strive to deliver the best quality possible. Please try the steps below and test again: 1. Press SW + or BASS + on the remote control of a compatible model to increase the subwoofer volume. 2. Unplug the subwoofer from the mains for 2 minutes, then plug it back in. 3. Try using the subwoofer with different devices. 4. Try playing different contents. 5. Great addition to the HT-A3000 soundbar.

Great addition to the HT-A3000 soundbar to add better bass to an already good sound produced by the sound bar and TV. Extremely easy to set up as it automatically added itself to the soundbar via WiFi, I just ensured the soundbar was switched on when powering on the Subwoofer for the first.

Good subwoofer

Wireless easy to connect, just power on and link. Good bass sufficient for small or medium room.
