Supurb alongside the Sony Quad system.

Excellent kit, all the bass you should need for watching movies, I use mine with the Sony quad system and at times I have the sub on a minus because there is so much bass, recommended.

A Must with Sony's soundbar!

Got this together with the Bar 8. Loves the lows, compliments greatly with the Bar 8. The design is subtle enough it doesnt stand out too much

Disappointed

Purchased to help sound from Sony hta3000 didn’t make much difference to the tv sound. Sounds tinny, tried various sound setting via Sony help desk.

Press SW + or BASS + on the remote control of your soundbar to increase the subwoofer volume. 2. Unplug the subwoofer from the mains for 1 minute, then plug it back in. 3. Locate the subwoofer and the soundbar as close as possible. 4. If there is a device nearby that generates electromagnetic waves, such as a wireless LAN or a microwave oven in use, locate the subwoofer and the soundbar apart from it. 5. If there is an obstacle between the subwoofer and the soundbar, move or remove it. Great addition to the HT-A3000 soundbar.

Great addition to the HT-A3000 soundbar to add better bass to an already good sound produced by the sound bar and TV. Extremely easy to set up as it automatically added itself to the soundbar via WiFi, I just ensured the soundbar was switched on when powering on the Subwoofer for the first.
