IT IS HEAVY .. on my neck
it's just ok, for me this device is HEAVY on my shoulder, should go for SRS-NB10 which much lighter.

Please try the following steps to troubleshoot the issue: - Adjust any audio settings on your source device. - Move the speaker away from any potential sources of interference such as metal objects or other electronic devices. - Try a reset and factory reset on the speaker. Needs more volume
They were for my husband who works in a factory. He said they are nice but he wished they would go a little louder because of the noise he is surrounded by.

Cool Wearable Gadget that sounds crystal clear
The SRS-NB10 Wireless Neckband Speaker is an amazingly innovative product that makes it easy for you to make and receive calls via all the popular platforms like ZOOM, TEAMS, WEBEX, SKYPE etc....and has a very decent battery life. People think you are donning a wearable fan arouund your neck. It is so slim and unnoticeable that you end up wearing it everywhere you go !

Liked this so much I bought it!
I got to use this at my former employer and was so impressed, I bought it for retirement. Great for taking calls, meetings (Zoom, Teams), rests comfortably on the neck. Good sound, doesn't mess the hair or hurt your ears as other headsets can. It takes a few seconds to connect, but it works pretty seamlessly. I wouldn't use for music, but it is fine for conversations either on the mobile or computer.
