Good 'phones but left ear won't charge anymore!

The left ear of my Sony WF-C510s no longer charges after only 9 months of use. I have followed all the troubleshooting steps, updated the firmware, and reset the device but nothing works. I want you to send me some new ones out but I can't see how to do that. I've registered them just now but your website and app have no relevant options for me to choose. It's a shame because they sound fantastic but are let down by not being reliable, or maybe I just got a malfunctioning pair. Thanks.

Great all round affordable wireless headphones

I purchased these Sony buds about a week ago. So far veery pleased at the overall performance, which for the price represents great value. The audio performance is very good if not quite the standard hifi enthusiasts would want, but at the price point will probably take some beating. I would describe the sound as well balanced, mellow, but detailed enough to enjoy most kinds of music. The general funtionality is faultless with a very good app to adjust the equaliser. The battery life seems excellent so far. All in all a very good product.
