DO NOT BUY
HINGE DEFECT. This products was taken care for extremely well for 11 months and broke 10 days before warranty ended. Sony still refused to fix. This is a known issue with the headphones and this company refuses to own up to their mistake and do the right thing.

Warranty does not cover Ripping Headband
Have two MX5's and one MX6. Love the sounds and product overall however, Sony's warranty does not cover the headband which ripped. There was no misuse at all.

Bought a month ago, and are brilliant. Nice and light, noise cancelling is amazing (compared to my old pair that had a little) and love the sound balancing features

Top‑Tier Sound, No Regrets
The XM5s are honestly the best headphones I’ve used so far. I went from store to store trying to figure out which pair to buy, but a friend recommended these, and the moment I tried them, they went straight into my cart. The sound quality is unreal, especially the bass and noise cancelling. So cool.

Average sound quality
Sound not much good as expected, comfort very good. Tried with mobile and TV connection and the sound is low not same as wired headsets

I bought this 3 days ago and don’t regret buying it the bass is amazing you can adjust the settings by using the Equaliser the headset is comfortable and also has touch control on the right side of the headphones.
