Fantastic picture, can't be faulted. However the inputs via my Sony AV unit are problematic, sometimes disconnect and are rather slow. My previous TV did not have this issue.

Make sure that you're connecting the TV's HDMI input terminal (eARC or ARC) to the AV receiver's HDMI output terminal (eARC or ARC) with an HDMI cable. Perfect picture quality
I’ve had this for 3 weeks and what amazing Tv this is. I have it linked up with the Sony BRAVIA Theatre System 6 and the Sony UBP-X800M2 and works together like a dream

Incredible Performance
I’ve had this TV for about a year now and I love using it every day. It performs amazingly with my PS5. It enhances all media I stream from this devise.

Great picture, shockingly bad software
Bought this in August 2025, and it's the biggest disappointment ever. Whilst the picture quality is superb, the operating system (Google TV) is dire - plagued with crashes. Tried plugging a Roku stick in to bypass the appalling software, but the TV still randomly crashes at least once every viewing session, sometimes multiple times. Tried factory resets etc. but nothing helps. Compared to the cheap Roku TV I have in another room, this is just dire - doesn't matter how good the picture is if you can't watch anything without it crashing and re-starting at some point.

Rubbish
Bought on 2 Oct 25 and has gone in for repair on 12 Oct 25. This was a new replacement for the same model that stopped working after 22 months. Seems like software updates fry the main board.

Picture & sound vastly improved over my old Sony
For the price I managed to get this TV for (new in a sale), it is very good value for money.

Great tv
Sony does make a great looking TV but just the update is the bad thing about Sony. 65 880 L model 2023 with a android 10 operating system which is ridiculous my 4K Google Chromecast has android 14 iOS on it so you need to pick up the software update for the TV because it’s horrible that you guys what you’re doing but great TV though.
