I usually wear a small but sized up to a medium to avoid an unattractive bulge above the band. The lightweight tummy support smoothed the area and was exactly what I needed for a fitted dress.

Not attractive

Imagine a narrow band of compression cutting round my fluffy waist. Not attractive! I was shaped into a sausage link and not in a cute hourglass way.
