Great features but faulty functionality

I bought this like 6,7 months ago. It is really good and efficient but I have to use it in a very open area for it releases a lot of smoke and it once set of the smoke alarm making the whole boarding house evacuate.

Straightens hair beautiful, but not the roots.

I have used the Airstrait several times. It does a fantastic job on my hair except for the 3” of roots near my scalp. I gave it a 4 because of this. I have to go and blow out my roots first with a round brush which to me, defeats the purpose of using one tool.

Blown Away

I am a little blown away by the Airstrait! I do NOT have naturally straight hair. Therefore, it takes work to get the waves straightened. This device has literally cut the time in half to achieve that goal. I do have to section out my hair, but that has been necessary no matter what. I’m very impressed and do recommend the Airstrait. It is pricey but saving time is priceless.
