There is definitely a learning curve and I have not totally mastered it yet, but my hair has never looked better.

Tool is quite good. I would like to see videos how to use Dyson when you have fine, damaged hair. All Dyson videos show beautiful, thick and hair in great condition it’s not the case what about ppl with fine, damaged hair ?

Curls don’t last for me
I am very impressed by the quality of the product. With other styling tools my hair will hold a curl until the next wash, but unfortunately with the Airwrap i.d. my curls fall after an hour. I would return the item but I discarded the box. I prefer not to use hair spray to hold a style as it yellows my gray hair. Your results may differ. I hope they do.

Had purchased first airwrap in December 2024, white light kept flashing after 3 months of use ,Flilter and barrel cleaned every week . Dyson replaced it with a new air wrap , Same problem occurred with the replacement one ,Barrel and filter cleaned weekly , not much too clean … not sure if there is a problem with the new technology.. Or it’s just my luck

App not available in my country (Caribbean)
I just received my Dyson air wrap id and imagine how disappointed I was to know that the app isn’t available to download in my country. Why is that? I’m from the Caribbean and not all your customers will be from the US. So now I can’t use my Dyson to its full capacity. Do better.

Great for girls who can't curl their hair
I'm obsessed by this product and I cannot recommend it enough, especially to those (like me) who can't curl their hair with regular curlers and tongs. It's super easy to use and it looks so stylish. Don't just sit and think about buying it, buy it!

Poor experience
I was really excited to try the Dyson Airwrap given all the hype, but unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. The product stopped working after just two uses. For something this expensive, I expected much better quality and reliability.
