I ordered this carryon online from Macys for my husband and soon found it the wrong item, an older version at the same price. We returned to the local Macy store and were able to get the newer version delivers to us at no extra cost. It now has the integrated and lockable pocket accessible from outside for passport, phone, or TSA laptop check, perfect for our travels in the coming years. It’s beautiful, well made and meeting new aviation size limit. Really happy for the purchase and great customer service!

After receiving the suitcase, I confirmed that this compartment does not exist on the item delivered. I would like to clarify that the medium size purchased is also classified as a carry-on, which makes this absence even more confusing. This feature was a key factor in my purchase decision. Could you please clarify whether the external laptop compartment is available only on specific carry-on models or sizes?
