Bad charging Port

these ear buds have decent sound but just like the other reviews.. The charging port dislodged when I tried to plug in for charging.

A waste of money. They power on the ear buds on last through 1/2 of a song . Constantly says low battery, after I charged them overnight and for 9 hrs while I'm at work. Wish I could rate these a -0. Will never buy again or recommend them to anyone.

Garbage

Bought for Christmas and after using twice the case would not charge at all. Then the charging port completely fell into the case. Now they are worthless. Do not buy!!

SAVE YOURSELF… WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

Are you kidding me?? Not selling these could’ve been better. I bought these recently and the case is difficult to open… I had to use my fingernail to do so… then after wearing these for a limited time, the speaker on one of the earphones came undone, exposing the wire. Then the piece that you use to charge it with broke…I am beyond upset and surprised that Macys would even carry these!

Great Headphones, Terrible Case

These headphones are really great, and would have received 5stars, if it wasn't for the fact that the charging case is such poor quality that it completely ruins the product. The headphones provide clear, crisp sound even in a noisy environment; and provides several hours of playtime before running low on battery. However, the build of the charging case is so flimsy that it feels like it will fall apart at any given moment, and whatever is holding the two halves together is so loose that the lid is unable to stay up and keeps falling shut. As if that wasn't bad enough, the first time I charged the case it was rendered unusable and I had to exchange it. When I pulled out the cord, the port became dislodged and fell into the lower half of the case, rendering it completely useless as I would not be able to re-charge it once the charge ran out.
