Attractive boot

Good looking boot though not perfect fit. Ordered a US 9 EU 39, but box indicated at 8 1/2 and feels like it. Bit narrow at the toes. It's not very good for the cold weather i.e 30 and below with even 2 pair of wool socks toes get cold. Waterproof status to be determined.

Is this intended for kids?

Boots look good, super, super narrow, like child size narrow. I am returning this today! This was a major disappointment.
