Unit did not last long

Got it in Aug 2019 just died on me now i have get another on won't be SPT

Poor quality.

Poor quality. Temperature quake broke not long after owning it. Vendor requires you to pay for shipping to fix it.

Do not waste your money

Absolutely horrible product. Broken within the first 3 months of opening the box. The refrigerator is set to 56 degrees F but reads anywhere between 71- and up to 90. All instructions for use were followed perfectly. Terrible customer service not only from Macy’s but especially from the manufacturer. No one wants to stand buy this product or honor the warranty. We would have been happy to send the product back for repair however they would not cover shipping costs for us to send back which was 1/3 of what the actual unit costs, absolutely insane to invest more in a product that already is of questionable quality.
