I have this bracelet, it’s looks nice, but liking part came off and lost. Could not open and could not take off from my wrist. Very disappointed. Don’t buy

*The perfect gift*

I’m an individual who doesn’t wear jewelry and hasn’t shop for jewelry for many years. Recently, I needed to buy a special gift for my daughter, knowing that she loves yellow gold. I thought of Macy’s Fine Jewelry and stopped by the store. Surprisingly they were having a huge Fine Jewelry sale. I introduced myself to the sales advisor Katrina. She was excellent! She asked all the right questions to learn of whom I was purchasing the jewelry for. Katrina supported me with selecting the perfect gift at the right price! Two days later, I presented the beautiful gift to my daughter and she loves it! I’m a very happy father and satisfied customer.

Macy's canceled my order- no explanation. I called

Very disappointed and never recieved the item. It was advertised as a special price. Macy's canceled the order with no explanation. When i called they hadxraid tge price and would not honor my confumed order. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my mom but they did not offer anything to in all fairness make up for canceling my order. Im very sad about it. Apparently they said the price went quite a bit higher on this same product that i already had a confirmation order number, now im still waiting for a refund : (

Cheap and Flimsy

I bought this last year as I wanted a nice bangle. Upon first receiving this I noticed it felt very cheap and flimsy which was confusing as it comes at a very expensive price. After a couple months of wearing it and trying to be extra careful, the clasp snapped. I would not recommend this at all.
