Macy’s in-store and home delivery failed terribly!

Macy’s in-store ordering and delivery process was a terrible failure from beginning to end. I paid extra for rush delivery that was guaranteed by a specific date. The shoes arrived after that date so I couldn’t wear them to the event I needed them for. When they did arrive, they sent the wrong shoes in the wrong size. I can’t imagine how they could have failed more at every step of the way.
