Great Workout!

I bought this a couple of months ago and love working out at home and saving gym fees. It was easy to put together and does not take up much space. It came with a great poster and video to get started. The reformer is sturdy and comfortable.

Perfect for me

I'm in my mid 60's and bought this to keep me moving. This is helping me to maintain/improve my flexibility, strength, range of motion, etc. Doesn't take up a lot of room & is convenient to use. Didn't give it 5 stars because I haven't had it long enough yet to give it a thorough workout.

Results!

Bought this a month ago. I am very overweight at 250 lbs. Just getting it home was a challenge, setting it up was tiring, because I was so out of shape. I started slowly, using 20 minutes of yoga to warm up then worked my way up gradually. Slowly adding different excercise and tensions. I can't believe how far I've come in just 4 weeks. My muffin top is way down, my core and balance is much stronger. I have much more energy. I'm happier. I can do sit-ups, bring my legs over my head, have no back pain, neck pain , sore shoulders and am standing much straighter. It's like night and day. It's my miracle...

Excellent Customer Service

First exposed to Pilates reformer at the Gym and got terrific results after I quit smoking. Decided to buy my own 5 cord reformer (model 55-5000) and I love it. Definitely use it more by buying the large stand. I had 2 minor part replacement situations. Debra in Customer Service was the best! She sent me my screws and cord caps at no charge. This time I ruptured my bungee cord and 1 was sent out immediately. Unfortunately it was defective and another was sent free of charge. I offered to return the first cord but Debra insisted that it wasn't necessary. Currently recovering from both hip replacements within 7 months. My reformer is the best physical therapist ever.

grat product and company!

I have had this reformer for six years and use it several times a week to supplement my pilates classes. Recently I realized the carriage wheels were cracked and needed to be replaced. When I called customer service and ordered the wheels I was very pleased at the low cost but even more so with the instructions that "Susie" the representative gave me for installing the wheels and adjusting the bungee cords. Great product and company!

GREAT PILATES MACHINE

I BOUGHT THIS PILATES EXERCISE MACHINE OVER 7 YEARS AGO AND MY WIFE USES IT DAILY IN OUR HOME GYM,IT HAS BEEN AN EXCEPTIONAL PIECE OF EXERCISE EQUIPMENT WITH THE ONLY FAILURE BEING SHE WORE THE WHEEL SLIDES RIGHT OFF THE SEAT,NOT BAD FOR DAILY USE!!
