A smart piece of equipment

The size of the box is it’s delivered in is deceiving. There are a lot of parts, but once put together, WOW!! It took my husband about two hours to assemble. Once he did I tried it out. This all in one unit includes upper and lower body attachments for exercises. It really is a smart piece of equipment. The resistance bands can be a bit intimidating if your new to using resistance bands. Don’t be, you can do it! I did notice after a few uses, the bands are starting to frey a bit. They are thick and strong, not sure how long they will last before popping. The adjustable tension for the peddles is suitable for all fitness levels and the modes allow you to keep track of the what you’re doing, times etc. I also like that the two wheels on the bottom, makes it easy to move from one location to another. All in all, I like having a piece of equipment where I can train more than one area at a time.
