Extremely versatile, use this pan several times a week. Great for lasagna, casseroles, enchiladas, as well as rolls, biscuits, pizza and brownies. The ceramic stoneware resists thermal shock and can be used straight from the fridge to the oven. Great browning properties, can be heated up to 500 degrees. Looks great on a dinner table or buffet, is fabulous for pot lucks, as well as friendly gatherings.

The black matte finish on this baking dish is elegant and refined. Outstanding construction, and stoneware composition makes this pan great for storing, baking and serving. Love having one pan that can be used in so many different functions. Saves both time and space in the kitchen which is greatly appreciated.

Not level

This dish looks and cooks wonderfully. However I’m questioning the quality as it is not level. At first I thought it was just a spot on my counter, but I’ve taken this dish to numerous locations with the same results. When dishing up anything, the dish will rock back and forth. Not only does this make an unpleasant sound, but it makes the dish very unstable. Too bad.

Great Addition to My Cooking Vessels

I have used this baking dish twice to cook prime rib roasts at 500 degrees for 29 minutes, then 325 until cooking is complete and it has worked beautifully. It cleans up well too. Very heavy and solid.

One of my most favorite baking dishes. I use it to roast big meats, such as prime rib, beef ribs and have also made a lot of desserts in it. The ceramic will not absorb moisture, heats and retains heat exceptionally. It goes from the freezer to the oven, up to 572F with no thermal shock problems. It also goes in the microwave and is dishwasher safe.

Very unique matte finish inside and out. This large ceramic baker holds quite a bit and is oven-safe to nearly 575 degrees.
