Poor Customer Service

Received one of two pillows ordered. Contacted Macy's regarding the 2nd pillow, was told it was delivered. However the UPS website shows 1 of 2 delivered. Macy's stated second pillow would be delivered later, I have received no indication of a second shipment.

Excellent pillow!

This is a great pillow. I struggle to find squishy pillows. I am primarily a side sleeper but sometimes I sleep on my back. This is just the perfect thickness.

If you like the feel of a feather down pillow

It said JUMBO but, luckily,it’s standard. I am a side sleeper. Pillow is scrunchable. NO complaints.
