MERCHANDISE NON-DELIVERY

I never received any of the two items I ordered on Dec. 11. I was emailed that they would be delivered by Dec. 15, then Dec. 17, then Dec. 31. I wanted these as Christmas gifts. Macy's has poor service not knowing if items are available or not. CANCEL MY ORDER NOW AS IT IS DEC 24 AND I DONT HAVE MY ITEMS.
