Not holding tension even after 6 times nack to the

I loved my machine for the first 3 years but it doesn't seem to keep my tension consistent. I have had it in the shop 6 times. They finally replaced a part but its doing the same thing. Very disappointing after spending such a large amount of money on the stellaire XJ1.

Great features

Amazing machine. Has so many wonderful features. The laser light is amazing. When used for sewing it is very quiet. The embroidery capabilities are endless.

Could not be hapouer

I received my machine and immediately started using it. I’ve not really had too much trouble. I’ve had to make some adjustments to tension, but other than that, I could not be happier.
