poor quality

was so excited to give this to my daughter who was returning to work after having twins. So the two hearts got me. Sadly I can't bring it to her because the clasp doesn't work..

Pretty but poor quality

While the locket is beautiful and my daughter was happy to receive it, the quality is poor. The joined golden hearts randomly fell off after having worn it twice and the chain it comes with is thin, weak. Macy’s was wonderful and replaced it without question. I am hoping this one holds up and the other was a fluke.
