DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR BEARFRUIT JEWELRY

The pearl popped off from one of the earrings as I was trying it on, so I returned the item. Upon receipt of the return by Bearfruit, they sent an email stating that the earring was "broken from use" and not in sellable condition, therefore would not honor the refund. To add insult to injury, they requested a prepaid label to be sent to them in order to ship the defective earrings back to me! I called Macy's customer service, and they were able to assist with the refund. However, I would not buy any items from this vendor again.

Disappointed. I never received the earrings. I will need to call and find out if they got lost.
