Would not clasp shut

One of the earrings I received is defective and doesn’t stay closed. Due to my purchase being over 30 days ago Macy’s was no help at all since these were sold by one of their 3rd party vendors. Very disappointed by both the quality and Macy’s inability to help.

Do not purchase

I try to give Macys the benefit of the doubt with their jewelry but I get disappointed every time. I will never purchase jewelry from Macys again and you shouldn't either. I want to return these earrings because they are faulty but my return window closed Monday May 12th.
