Overpriced product!

Shopped through multiple options and prices. After that, I chose this necklace.I have shopped at Macy's for years, but I am extremely disappointed with the quality, which is often less than what is priced or represented. Shopping in stores is also disappointing..Sizes are scattered, messy racks and floors are bare and uneven. Macy's you have lost your reputation as a quality store!!
