Ordered Sterling Silver but received Gold Plated

The customer service should be more efficient. I've ordered Sterling Silver version and received Gold Plated version. The seller can't accept the exchange but had to go through the loop of sending it back and getting a refund then repurchase the ring. That would be ideal but when time matters in gifting, the return process should be better and the shipping of the product should be more right on.
