Poor quality - do not buy

Do not order. Two of the case cracked on the corner of the wheel on the first trip.

DO NOT BUY

The wheels fell off the luggage after the second use. Do not waste your time and money and Macy's will not assist you in returning the luggage.

Damaged luggage

I bought this set for my mother birthday and she travelled on September 3, 2020. The wheel of the luggage break off. I am so disappointed because it looks so lovely but not durable.

Wheels broke on second usage

The appearance is beautiful but it does not last. On our second usage of the medium size luggage the wheels broke. My husband ended up carrying the luggage. I wonder how does the manufactures warranty work??

Appealing

I have a backpack purchased years ago and I liked this color to coordinate because I had mismatched bits and pieces of luggage. This is very light and looks nice with my backpack.

Very disappointed customer

DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY BUYING THIS SET, I JUST USED THE LARGE ONE AND IT CRACKED IN MY FIRST TRIP; NOT EVEN USED IT IN MY RETURN BACK HOME.

Beautiful but WEAK

Waste of money: I was so embarrassed when I arrived during my first trip and one set of wheels was completely broken off from the medium-size luggage; I had to end up carrying by the handle. By my second trip, the same happened to the larger luggage leaving me n such disappointment. I will NEVER purchase again.
