Cozy, warm, looks great

This coat is a bit heavier than I expected, which makes it very warm and cozy in cold weather. It is longer than it appears in the photo, but I am short, so it is longer on me. Not all of us are 6 ft. tall models. That being said, I love the look and it feels so good to wear. I love the velvet trim on the cuffs and collar. I do recommend this coat.

Product never received

Not sure why Macy’s showing this as delivered. It never delivered and lost in transit when I called Macys customer service. They re issued the order with promise that i will get on the date before my travel and now new replacement order is also delayed. And ai can’t get my products before my travel. Macys said l will lose discount and also my rewards if I will return the product. Its reduced experience. I am so not happy. I have to buy new coats jackets with full price now yo be able to meet my needs. This wasn’t expected from the store like Macys . Do disappointed!

ITCHY, ITCHY & more ITCHY! Terrible material. The style is great, but this material is itchy! This is why I returned it. When you have on long sleeves and you are scratching, return and get a full refund. You’ve been warned!

Nice jacket

I ordered this in the light tan color, and it's a nice jacket. It's fully lined and dry clean only. I normally wear a small or medium, and I ordered the medium. I have another Steve Madden jacket that fits me well in a medium, but this fit runs a bit large, so I'm returning it for a smaller size.
