Shoe is beautiful but makes your feet look huge. I wear a size 10 and with theses my feet look like a 12!

MACYs online purchase

Walked in not expecting to purchase anything, but saw these Steve Madden sneakers that I thought my wife would love. They didn't have her size but the clerk honored the price and did the an online purchase in store. The sneakers just got in, and my wife loves them. These are dope, and I would recommend them to others

Not only are these shoes

Not only are these shoes super cute, they are very comfortable. I walked 7 miles through downtown Austin, Texas with no problem would highly recommend.

Used shoes sold as new - Very disappointing

I am extremely disappointed. These shoes arrived clearly used and worn dirty soles and visible wear made it obvious they had already been worn by someone else. Yet they were sold to me at full price as new, which is unacceptable. I like Steve Madden as a brand, but Macy’s fulfillment and quality control failed here. Sending used merchandise as new undermines customer trust and reflects poorly on the retailer representing the brand. This should never happen. Very disappointing experience so they were immediately returned the next day after receiving them.
