Cute but too narrow

The shoe has no support or are even comfortable. It’s very hard to slip foot in.

Disappointing customer service

Instead of Macy’s doing the right thing and just letting me know, they no longer had the size and the width I ordered they sent me what they had. I really wanted these boots and now I gotta return them. Horrible customer service. I truly believe this is one of the reasons their sales are down.
