If you want it high waisted, size WAY down

The sizing chart is for wearing the skirt at your hips, which, given the length of the skirt, looks hilariously weird on a short person. This will work for you if you are: Tall and follow the sizing chart -> itll be about below your belly button, low waisted skirt with decent length Short and follow the sizing chart -> itll be below your belly button and will be so long itll hit your knees So if you want to wear it high waisted, make sure to size down.
