POOR Shipping Service and Quality

Very disappointed with shipping. After, two weeks of waiting for delivery, I called customer service and they said item was lost in transition but on my account, item was labeled as delivered. I requested expedited shipping since delay in shipping was at their end. They said shipping will be expedited and still took another week for delivery. When I finally receive, disappointed with quality. Buckle doesn’t flip to reverse. I’ve had prior issues with shipping.

Regrets. Should have read reviews

I was looking forward to a belt that has silver hardware, one I liked, and was reversible; however, I’m slightly disappointed. I try to read reviews more but I didn’t with belt. Regrets. The black is great. The cognac side, not so much due to having a mismatched loop/holder. I’m not sure what the matching loop-like thing is. If you cut it or pull it off to use with the cognac side, it would tear. Its function seems more useful to keep the belt loop in place on black side, which was another thing I thought this belt would have - a loop that is stitched/sewn to belt. It doesn’t. One other call-out on the brown side, it’s not a seamless transition on top/or. You can see the black color line. Minor to some yet could be bothersome to others… So, keep or return? If it wasn’t on sale, I’d return, but it was and doesn’t look cheap. Plus, I need a black belt. I think I’ll keep it. Disappointed that I now need to find a separate brown/cognac belt. (Hope to include photos here in review)

Looks good - Quality not sure

I needed a decent belt and it does the trick and looks nice. As I've worn it a couple of times I'm not sure how long it will hold up due to the material of the belt itself. We will see!

Belt is poor quality

Poor quality belt. I’ve had it for less than a month and it’s stringy. It poor quality material, thin and not sturdy. Can’t be your daily wear as it wears and tears easily.
