Great with exceptions

So far so good excellent quality with only a few exceptions. Out of my 32 piece set 2 came with minor defects. Will be reaching out for replacement but other then that they have been excellent quality!

Excellent customer service!

When my set arrived several pieces were defective. I wrote to customer service and they responded the next day! They asked me to send pictures of the pieces, and again responded to me immediately ! They sent me a new 4 place setting set that I received within a few days.

gorgous dinnerware

Love the Brasa especially the Green. Disappointed in the quality control. I have multiple pieces 2 dinner plates and 3 pasta bowls with flaws. glazing errors on all 5 pieces. One have malformed edge and the inner plate.

Shows marks very quickly

I probably wouldn't buy stoneware for my dinner plates again - they show every single scratch immediately. My brand new plates look 5 years old after only 2 months of use. Great quality but not for me. Also chips relatively easy.

Beautiful set, but poor QC

The set is beautiful, but the quality control was not very good on this set. There were 5 or 6 of the 32 pieces that had either blue glaze on the copper edging, bubbles where the white stone/ceramic showed through the blue, or scratches.
