Lovely Design, Poor Quality Fabric

The design is truly lovely. I am very disappointed in the fabric though. The description states it’s soft. Not at all true. It is a low density cotton weave, and feels rough. The bedskirt is even worse. The edges of the ruffles are unfinished, and will surely fray when laundered. The worst part was placing the comforter on my bed and finding a large section that was covered in human hair and dirt particles.
