Do not buy

Not only is it not comfortable or as described on the Internet but it’s been over 2 1/2 weeks to be able to return it is the biggest headache ever, nobody’s responding. Macy’s keeps hanging up on me promising me UPS will pick it up. It’s been extremely frustrating and nobody’s been able to help me out. I spend thousands and thousands shopping at Macy’s on a monthly basis but when it comes to returning furniture, they give you the biggest hassle and they do not want to return it. I spent another two hours on the phone today and was promised by tomorrow that I receive an email with an exact UPS pick up date and time… this is the fourth time I have been promised the same thing and they have failed to deliver.
