Wrong Couch Received

I received this couch in error as I ordered a different one. This is NOT A MACYS COUCH! It is a third party vendor with horrible customer service. One rep told me to keep it and my acct would be refunded. Next rep wanted pictures as proof I got the wrong couch. It just went back and forth until I was credited a small amount for a couch I did not order to begin with. Macys needs to pay attention to the third party vendors and their customer service. Definitely not who they once were.

Called Macy's Customer Service re: order #4603631718. Never received invoice. Plus very nice looking chair but not very comfortable. Looking for cushion for top of bed when in use.. More importantly, the invoice. The manufacturer suggested I call you.

Very Deceiving

I purchased this couch for my mother thinks it is a full sized sofa bed, as was advertised in the picture. When it arrived I it was a very small sofa, fitting for a kid’s room. Also it was advertised as a Macy’s product, but as soon as the sale was completed, all the subsequent information was from a different company. Apparently It was advertised under Macy’s name for brand recognition. I also tried to cancel it, but was unable to contact anyone; Macy’s customer service connected me with a different customer service. And of course there was no answer when I called. I am extremely disappointed. I am still going to try to get a refund. In my view, Macy’s ruined there reputation a bit bit selling this as a Macy’s product
