Macy's handled our problem

I never have any problems with macys but Their third-party which our dinette set came from, was suppose to deliver our items on Thursday and assemble them. We got our delivery a day late and the boxes were set in front of our home unassembled, because we were told by macys that our delivery was lost in transit. Macy's handle the matter successfully, and refunded our money but the packages came anyway. So macys is in the process of sending us labels and to have the boxes picked up for free. Thank you Macy's.
